This weeks title is very apt "Be Curious not Judgemental", we speak with Jaime Bennett father of two boys - Lenny and Bear, who lives on in spirit. Jaime shares his belief that death is not the end , and that our connection to those we love never truly fades. Through grief, love, resilience and his career background in coaching he opens up about choosing to move forward with Bear deeply in his heart and soul, and how that journey helps him support others in life inside his free digital community, "Integration". He has created the kind of space most people didn't know they needed. His conversation is thought provoking.

This week Karen and Bec discuss their sleep patterns, Karen opens up about the long nights that grief can bring, how sleep can feel impossible when memories refuse to rest. Nearly three years on in their journey they reflect that the intensity may have shifted, but the feelings remain - raw, real and ever present in quieter darker hours. They chat about disrupted sleep, the emotional toll of exhaustion. Grief has a way of convincing you that you have to carry it alone. This is a gentle conversation about acceptance, and knowing the moment when you need something extra to help you cope and that its not a sign of weakness.

This is a deeply personal reflection on what happens when grief takes over - and how it changes everything in an instant. Hamish speaks openly and honestly about losing his beautiful young daughter Amelia, and losing the version he knew of himself, amid trauma and crushing sadness grief can strip us down, it dismantles our everyday structures of control, support and basic functioning. Even though grief dismantled his world he reflects on the slow fragile moments that helped him rediscover himself, which reminds us broken lives can continue to grow.
