We are joined by Natalie Ridler whose 4 year old son Morgan died in June last year (2023) from a rare type of cancer.
Morgan was diagnosed in 2021 after his mum was dismissed by doctors multiple times when raising her concerns, eventually she was listened to and their world then changed forever. Listen to Natalie share their fight to be heard and how they have chosen to live life in memory of their little boy.
Natalie explains things so much better than we ever do. She is thoughtful, insightful and makes so much sense.
Clearly heartbroken and her world changed forever, Natalie chooses to to live life for Morgan and to embrace the beauty around her. Such a positive and uplifting chat from something so sad which has left an impact on us all.

One of only 1000 soul midwifes in the world, Katie joins us to talk about what a role of a Soul Midwife is, what she has learned from working with the dying and people at end of life. We talk about resilience and why we need it as well as how societies view on grief and death has changed over the years and what Katie has learned about death - what is it we all need to know before we die.

This week Karen & Bec talk with Louise Fox who also lost her 13 Year old son Gorgeous George in 2022 to glioblastoma, a Grade 4 terminal, aggressive brain cancer. Louise shares George's story and how life has changed after loss and how she manages her grief.
A raw, insightful, honest and heartfelt discussion between 3 mums all connected via the loss of their children. We chatted until it was dark and could have talked forever. Karen and Bec are joined by Jude Hill whose 4 year old son Adam sadly died from cancer 32 years ago.
Jude now a Life after Loss Mentor helping others through a similar journey, has built her own online community called Sadness to Sunshine and is an author to a book of the same name.
Jude saw a shift in her grief around the 20 year point and went through what she describes as a transformation change discovering energy healing and staying connected. In this episode Jude discusses very openly with us about her grief journey, how this has changed and evolved and how she has brought her son Adam with her throughout her journey.
