Morgan doesn't mind us sharing that she also has learning difficulties and disabilities, making the who experience for her that little bit tricker (as if it wasn't hard enough anyway).

Its a New Year for us

Karen and Bec catch up as we head into 'a new year' without the kids. July marks the start of another 12 months without them. We've kept ourselves busy, made ourselves ill and even make space for a few laughs and giggles over cheetahs, safaris and elephants! How grief has changed over the years with guest Jude Hill

Karen and Bec are joined by Jude Hill whose 4 year old son Adam sadly died from cancer 32 years ago.
Jude now a Life after Loss Mentor helping others through a similar journey, has built her own online community called Sadness to Sunshine and is an author to a book of the same name.
Jude saw a shift in her grief around the 20 year point and went through what she describes as a transformation change discovering energy healing and staying connected. In this episode Jude discusses very openly with us about her grief journey, how this has changed and evolved and how she has brought her son Adam with her throughout her journey.
